Franklin is an experienced personal trainer who aims to inspire and empower others to reach their personal health and fitness goals. She grew up in the small town of Roberts Creek, BC, where she studied all forms of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, ballroom, modern and hip hop. She is a true believer in diversity, as she also played basketball and volleyball, and whenever she had a spare moment, she spent it at the gym.
She is sincere and passionate about motivating others to lead healthier lifestyles. Her personal training clients love her and it’s no wonder why: she specializes in everything from pre and post natal to rehabilitation work, sports training, functional fitness to lifestyle and nutrition counseling. Her greatest achievements as a personal trainer have been seen through weight loss programming. She obtained a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia which has provided her with a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology to become an all round great trainer.
